Pricing
“La Terrazza” offers five private luxury apartments, each decorated in a Mediterranean-style with soft pastels, original paintings and antique furniture. Marble mosaics, dating back to the 1800s, are inlaid across the floors. Each apartment has access to the private terrace, with swimming pool, adorned with sofas and marble benches. Cleaning service, with linens and towels, is included. Private parking on the property is also provided. Room service, car rentals, tours, boat and day excursions, and many other offerings are available to guests to augment their experience at the villa.
The villa is centrally located in the heart of Sorrento, and is steps away from Piazza Tasso (the main square of Sorrento), shops and cafes. The Circumvesuviana train station, with direct access to Pompei, Ercolano and Naples, is a five-minute walk from the villa.
“La Terrazza” is available for rent year round. The terrace is also available for private events and wedding parties. Catering, bar services, music, tents and amenities are available upon request.

Security Deposit: 25% of full price due up-front.

Security Deposit:
Upon arrival at Il Golfo Apt. the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 500, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.
